BIG WALK Multi-Light Puzzle: Intercom Sequence Relay

Split between the two waterside stations, number the light panel, and use announce-repeat-confirm-press for every current cue.

Direct solution

Find both waterside buildings on the same ledge and put one player in each station. Number the long light panel from a fixed left-to-right viewpoint before starting; if there are sixteen or seventeen positions in your active layout, the visible panel count is authoritative. Agree how the intercom and single red light will mean “ready,” “yes,” or “repeat.” The reader announces one lit position, the operator repeats the number, the reader confirms, and the operator presses exactly that many or that position as shown. Complete the current sequence without guessing; there is no permanent light code.

Where to go

The puzzle uses two separate structures on a ledge over the water. A rounded building, long light panel, intercom route, and red-light communication channel identify the paired stations.

Before starting

  • Finish the main ending.
  • Bring two players and occupy both buildings.
  • Number the visible light positions from one viewpoint.

Repeat the protocol until the panel stops and the Purple Blob appears; use new cues after a reset.

Reward release confirms the full sequence.

Player-count plan

2 players

Use one player for each information or action side. Reader owns the sequence; operator never presses an unconfirmed position.

3-12 players

Keep the two core roles unchanged. Extra players should spot, carry, or record the current sequence without creating a second caller.

Common mistakes

  • Stopping after finding only one building.
  • Using opposite numbering directions.
  • Pressing before repeat-back.
  • Treating the red signal light as an answer.

How to recover

  1. 1.Return to the last confirmed position.
  2. 2.Recount visible panel slots.
  3. 3.Repeat announce, repeat, confirm, press.
  4. 4.If reset, wait for the first new cue.
